Join Our Team at Tiny Roots Organic Farm!
We’re looking for extra hands on the farm this summer—especially on weekends! If you love being outdoors, getting your hands dirty, and learning how food grows, this could be the job for you.
What you’ll do:
Prepare beds, plant, weed, harvest, wash, pack, and prune crops
Care for seedlings and start weekly seeding
Maintain farm infrastructure and help with general farm upkeep
Work independently or as part of a team to keep the farm running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work standing, kneeling, bending, and walking for long periods
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
Willingness to ask questions, learn, and communicate
Transportation to and from the farm, and punctuality
No prior farming experience required—just a desire to learn and grow
When: Saturdays and Sundays, June through September
How many: 1–2 people, depending on availability
Pay: Depends on experience
